Calvin Gray has over 20 years of experience, starting in construction in 2003 and building a strong foundation in carpentry, surveying, and equipment operation. He later moved into the landscape industry, rising from foreman to Vice President of Construction over 12 years.

Known for his collaborative leadership and commitment to quality, Calvin leads teams with integrity and a focus on people. Based in Port Coquitlam, he values the strong relationships and culture at KGH Equipment and is passionate about helping others succeed, guided by his faith.

Francisco García

Francisco is KGH Equipment’s Project Manager, overseeing projects from start to finish. With over 10 years of logistics experience in Mexico, he brings strong skills in coordination, scheduling, and team leadership.

He now manages timelines, costs, and project support, and enjoys collaborating with the team and seeing projects come together.
