Calvin Gray brings over 20 years of diverse experience to his work, beginning his career in 2003 in the construction industry with a focus on tower construction. In this early stage, he developed core skills in carpentry, concrete coordination, surveying, and equipment operation, laying the groundwork for future leadership roles. After transitioning to the landscape industry, Calvin’s leadership potential became evident.
Over 12 years, he ascended from foreman to project manager and eventually to Vice President of Construction. In these roles, he led complex projects, fostering strong teams and ensuring efficient execution of high-quality work. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and a focus on creating a positive work environment where everyone can thrive. Settled in Port Coquitlam with his family, Calvin maintains deep professional and personal ties to Chilliwack, which have played an important role in his career.
